Q. How do I “bet” on a lottery?

A. It's just the same as buying a lottery ticket yourself. You pick your numbers for the lottery of your choice, and leave us to do the rest.

Q. How do I log into the Members Area?

A. Once you sign up with us, you'll receive a welcome email. This will contain your login information – check your junk mail folders if you don't receive one. To log in, click “Login” on our site and enter your member number and password, then click “Login”.

Q. What if I am not receiving emails from you?

A. Check your spam or junk mail folders, and make sure your ISP anti-spam system allows mails from wlcmail.com, wlcnews.com.

Q. How do I take part in new draws?

A. You can add new draw entries at any time by clicking on the “Active Games” tab inside your Members Area. Select your preferred game and click on the “Play Now” button. You can check your current draws at any time under the “Active Games” tab.

Q. How do I withdraw my winnings?

A. Select “Withdraw” on the right hand side of your Member's Area.

Q. How do I update my payment method?

A. Go to the “My Account” tab in your Member Area and select “Payment Details”. Click on the “Change Details” button and complete the required fields.

Q. Why am I being charged a £3 “Cash Advance” fee for using my Credit Card?

A. Unfortunately your Credit Card provider treats the payment as a cash withdrawal, as you cannot gamble using credit. Using a Debit Card does not incur a Cash Advance fee.

Q. Are my payment details secure?

A. Absolutely. We use secure encryption services to make sure all your financial and personal information cannot be seen by third parties.

Q. How do I suspend my entries, or reduce my current subscriptions?

A. You can manage your subscriptions yourself via your Player Account. After logging in click on View my Account then select Active Games to view all current bets and active subscriptions. In order to cancel any of the subscriptions activated on your account simply move the slider against each bet from (Y)Yes to (N) No, the expiry date against each bet will then update to show your last bet. Please ensure you do this for each bet where a subscription has been activated.

Q. How much does a draw entry cost?

A. Each game has a different cost. All subscription fees are displayed clearly at the time of application.

Q. How can I see when I will be next charged?

A. Click on the Active Games Tab to view your next charge date for any subscriptions entered activated.

Q. How can I see all my entries?

A. Select the “Draws” tab within your Member's Area.

Q. How will I know when I win?

A. You will receive an email from us telling you the good news!

Q. How can I check my winnings?

A. Login to your “Member's Area”. You can see each draw entry's individual winnings under the “Winnings” tab.

A. Select “Change Password” under the “My Account” tab in your Member's Area.
